Moshiri Crystal Park Revisited 2023 - Hokkaido

Our first visit to Moshiri Crystal Park (母子里クリスタルパーク) in the town of Horokanai, Hokkaido Prefecture was during a family camping trip on September 24, 2022. My daughter and I returned on June 18, 2023, which marked my 594th day in Japan as an ALT under the JET Programme. This time, we were joined by my friend and fellow ALT, Mike, making it a memorable farewell trip for him as he had completed his contract and was set to leave Hokkaido in August.

Unlike our first visit, we had the chance to fully explore the grounds of Moshiri Crystal Park and take more photos. We also took time to admire the park’s diverse flora and fauna, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
