Team Nicerio visits Shibazakura Takinoue
Park
On May 28, 2023, my family and I had the
wonderful opportunity to visit Shibazakura Takinoue Park for the Takinoue Shibazakura Festival. It was my 573rd day
in Japan as an ALT under the JET Programme. We were lucky to witness the
festival in person, as we had only admired it through photos in previous years.
The weather was perfect, adding to the charm of our visit. We had a great time
strolling through the vast park, soaking in the stunning views, and savoring
the Shibazakura Soft Cream, which had a delicious cherry-like taste. If we get
the chance, we would certainly love to visit again in the future.
