Week 100: September 25 – 29, 2023
Day 693: September 25, 2023
Monday – Rumoi
According to the weather forecast, it’s going to be mostly cloudy. It’s also with temperatures ranging from 8 degrees in the morning to 21 degrees at noon. Today, I’m reporting for work at Rumoi High School.

After classes, I trained Nodoka-san and Kanon-san for the speech competition. I’m happy to see that there were a lot of improvements between the two. A little more energy and practice, and I think we have a shot at winning this.
Day 694: September 26, 2023
Tuesday – Rumoi
It's yet another overcast day today, and I find myself back at Rumoi High School for today's work assignment.

Since the school is in the midst of celebrating its Sports Festival, there was no collaboration work on my plate. Instead, we all relished in the joy of a delightful day outdoors, both on the open field and inside the gymnasium.

Post-lunch, I conducted one final training session for the speech contestants before they go to Asahikawa City tomorrow to compete.

Once work was done, my family and I made our way to Jabba Laundromat to ensure our clothes remained fresh and dry. The persistent cloudiness over the past few days has made it hard to dry our clothes. We had no choice but to have them machine dried, especially with the weather set to remain the same until the weekend.

Following our trip to the laundry, we swung by the nearby Lawson to take care of some pending utility bills.
Day 695: September 27, 2023
Wednesday – Haboro
It’s another cloudy day. For today’s school visit, I’m heading to Haboro High School. It’s my 9th visit for the School Year 2023 – 2024. For this trip, I used my 2-day Skip Moekko Free Ticket.

Today's visit promises to be quite distinctive, as I'll have the opportunity to collaborate with two other foreigners: Fleur from Switzerland and Maksym from Ukraine. Both of them are exchange students from Hokkaido University, and they'll be joining us until the 3rd period.

Today brought a sense of anxiety as the speech contest is today. However, my nerves were eased when Sengoku-sensei provided me with an update regarding the contest. Although we didn’t get to the top 3, I’m happy to learn that Kanon-san has received a special award.

When I got home after work, my family and I drove to COOP to go grocery shopping. Upon our return home, we spent some quality family time together before settling in to unwind for the day.
Day 696: September 28, 2023
Thursday – Embetsu
It’s another cloudy day. Today, I’m heading to Embetsu Agricultural High School. It’s my 15th visit for School Year 2023 – 2024. For this trip, I used my 1-day Moekko Free Ticket.

In the past few days, I have enjoyed taking photos of the sky after work, so I made sure that I have an entry for today.
Day 697: September 29, 2023
Friday – Tomamae
Based on the weather forecast, the skies are expected to remain overcast until noon, followed by rain until 3 PM. Today, I'll be visiting Tomamae Commercial High School, marking my 15th visit for the 2023-2024 school year. To make this trip, I'll utilize my 2-Day Skip Moekko Free Ticket.
Here’s my workload for today:

In summary, this week was marked by visits to Rumoi High School, Haboro High School, Embetsu Agricultural High School, and Tomamae Commercial High School. It proved to be an incredibly hectic week as I dedicated myself to training my contestants. Nevertheless, the highlight was learning that one of them received a special award. This achievement serves as a source of motivation for us to continue our efforts into the next year with the hope of securing a victory.
