Week 77: April 17 – 21, 2023
Day 532: April 17, 2023
Monday – Rumoi
I woke up to a surprising sight this morning: snowfall once again. It seemed like winter was refusing to let go, even as we entered early June. However, I was relieved to see that the snow didn't stick around for long. By noon, the delicate white blanket had already melted away. Despite the beauty of the snow, a part of me couldn't help but yearn for the warmth of summer. I found myself longing to step outside and bask in the radiant rays of the sun.

Rumoi High School 4.17.2023 |
Today marked the start of another day at Rumoi High School, where I am currently employed. Since my wife had an early dental appointment at Ebata Dental Clinic, she kindly offered to drop me off at work. Thanks to her thoughtfulness, I arrived a bit earlier than usual. With the extra time on my hands, I took the opportunity to engage in some self-study, immersing myself in knowledge and personal growth.
Here’s my workload for today:

When I got home, I was surprised to discover several deer loitering outside our apartment. They weren't the cute deer like those of Nara, but large ones. Some were larger than our car. Thankfully, these beasts aren't the angry type, and they would usually run when they see humans. Hence, my blurry photo.
TGIF! It’s another Friday. It’s also officially my first visit to Tomamae Commercial High School this school year. Aside from that, it was also my first time meeting Matsushita-sensei, who replaced Hasegawa-sensei. For this trip, I used my 2-day Moekko Free Ticket.
