Team Nicerio visits Usutaibe Senjoiwa Rocks
On July 16, 2023, my daughter and I visited Usutaibe
Senjoiwa Rocks for the first time during the second day of our Father and
Daughter Road Trip #5, which was my 622nd day in Japan as an ALT under the JET Programme. The special-looking rocks reminded me of Senjojiki in Wakayama Prefecture, but
of course, this has its own beauty. We wanted to go down and explore the rock
formation, but since it was raining, we decided not to for safety purposes.
Regardless, we enjoyed the view from the viewing area. Hopefully, we could revisit
in the future to fully appreciate its beauty and, of course, to try camping in
its camping grounds.
