We visited Asahikawa Airport Park Green Port for the first
time on July 21, 2023, marking my 627th day in Japan as an ALT under the JET Programme. We went to the park to pick up my siblings for their first trip to
Hokkaido. As fans of the 2022 Netflix drama First Love, my daughter and
I were excited to finally visit this iconic location. We also enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset while waiting for my siblings' plane to land. It was
truly a memorable experience.

If you're coming from Asahikawa City, head to Asahikawa Station and board the 77-Asahikawa Airport Line to Asahikawa Airport bus operated by Asahikawa Electric Orbit. Board down at Asahikawa Kuko (Asahikawa Airport) bus stop.
Once there, walk to the Asahikawa Airport Park Green Port.
