Team Nicerio visit Hamatombetsu Shrine |
My family and I visited Hamatombetsu Shrine for the first time during the 4th day of our 5-day Drive Up North road trip last August 15, 2022. This was my 287th day here in Japan as an ALT under the JET Programme. It was the last shrine that we visited during the said road trip before we camped at Lake Kutcharo. During our visit, my daughter and I made sure to pay respects and offer a prayer like what we do every time we visit a new shrine. We also made a wish as part of our tradition of visiting new shrines.
