Week 16: February 14 - 18, 2022 Day 105: February 14, 2022 Monday - Rumoi HS Exam Week Day 1 Rumoi High School 2/14/22 It's Monday once again. It's also Valentine's Day. It's perfect as I'm going to go to one of the schools that I love and that is Rumoi High School . For this week, the students will be taking day 1 of their exam. This means that there won't be regular classes for us.  Time to go home after a long day of work. Hence, I used most of my free time to study Kanji, and then in the afternoon after the exams, I trained Mugi-chan and then Komai-sensei for their upcoming Eiken interview.  At home, it's that time of the month again when I need to refill my heater with touyu. Well, that pretty much sums up my day. See you tomorrow! Day 106: February 15, 2022 Tuesday - Rumoi HS Exam Week Day 2 It's the 2nd day of Rumoi High School 's Exam Week. Like yesterday, I also spent the day learning Kanji and training Mugi-chan for her Eiken interview.  R

It was just last  November 14, 2021 , when I first visited  Golden Beach Rumoi ( ゴールデンビーチるもい ) . During my visit, it was already the last few weeks of fall. After experiencing how the snow changed how Rumoi City looked in just a few weeks. I became curious as to what  Golden Beach Rumoi  would look like if it was covered in snow.  I wasn't able to visit  Golden Beach Rumoi  as I was swamped with work and was still adapting to the cold winter.  Golden Beach Rumoi  Golden Beach Rumoi details ( Winter ) I finally got the chance to revisit  Golden Beach Rumoi  last February 12, 2022 . I was surprised to see how deep the snow was on the beach. I didn't expect that the snow that accumulated on the beach would reach as deep as my knee. There were parts that were deeper but I didn't dare go look at which part is the deepest. I just contented myself looking at the beach from the 10-foot-high snow pile near the main road.  Some of my photos of Golden Beach Rumoi Golden Beach Rumoi wi

Although this temple was small, its architecture reminded me of the Nanendo in Nara City .  Heading down to Rumoi Golden Beach I wonder what made those tracks Cape Ogon as seen from Rumoi Golden Beach From there, I walked westward until I found myself on the cliff overlooking Rumoi Golden Beach from this spot. I was astonished to see the beach covered in snow.  I went down the beach via the snow-covered road to take a closer look. The snow was about knee deep so I didn't proceed to the water's edge and just ad
