Tanza Church - Cavite

Located in Tanza in the province of Cavite, Tanza Church was one of the few Spanish churches built in the mid-19th century during the era of Spanish colonization. Tanza Church -  Holy Cross Parish Church Tanza Church History Officially called  Holy Cross Parish Church , Diocesan Shrine of Saint Augustine , Tanza Church was built only in 1839 when the townspeople of Tanza (formerly Santa Cruz de Malabon) decided to have their own parish church. The late establishment of a parish was due to the successful transfer of the then pueblo to two different religious orders. Due to this fact, the religious needs of the townspeople were directed and dependent on the parish of the neighboring towns. Naic Church  is one of the Spanish era churches found in the province of Cavite. It is located along Captain Ciraco Nazareno St. in the town of Naic in Cavite, Philippines. Naic Church -  Immaculate Concepcion Parish Church Naic Church History Also known as the   Immaculate Conception Parish Church , Naic Church was constructed sometime around 1796. The first church was made from light materials like wood, nipa, and cogon grass. It was reconstructed using adobe in 1835. Located in Bacoor, in the province of Cavite, Bacoor Church is one of the oldest Spanish colonial era churches in the province. Bacoor Church   Bacoor Church History Also known as  St. Michael The Archangel Parish , Bacoor Church was established in 1752. Like most Spanish colonial-era churches built in the 18th century, this church started out as a humble place of worship constructed using only light materials such as nipa leaves, bamboos, and straws. The church was renovated to that of its present architectural structure from 1863 to 1870 using adobe,  tegula , and believe it or not duck egg whites to bond the adobe boulders together.
