2019 Bicol Road Trip: Day 6

After five days of exploring the Bicol Region, we've finally come to the part where we have to say goodbye to this wonderful region.

My mom and I made those steps...

 Since we've already booked our bus tickets to Starmall in Alabang prior to our trip, we had plenty of time to do other things. For me and my parents, we spent the whole morning working on our hillside farm. My wife, on the other hand, finalized the things that we'd bring back home. As for my daughter, she spent her time playing running after chickens. 
It's not that perfect yet but it would be cemented later on.

We're ready to go home!

That afternoon we drove to Legazpi City to pick up our pre-ordered bus tickets at the Isarog Booking Office in Legazpi Bus Terminal in Tahao Road in Bitano, Legazpi City. While waiting for the bus at the pick-up point, my mom and I managed to squeeze in some time to attend mass in the historical Camalig Church.

 The bus arrived on time and we left Albay at around 5:30PM. My dad stayed behind to manage the construction of our vacation home which was targeted to be finished around October this year -something the family was looking forward to.  

 Our 6-day Bicol Road Trip officially ended upon our arrival at Starmall Alabang at 5:00AM the next day.

Located in Barangay San Pedro in Sto. Tomas in the province of Batangas, the National Shrine of St. Padre Pio is a pilgrimage site dedicated and inspired by Saint Padre Pio. Located in 48 Noboriojicho, Nara City in Nara Prefecture, Kohfukuji  ( 興福寺 ) is a Buddhist temple that serves as the national headquarters of the Hosso school of Buddhism.  Kohfukuji  ( 興福寺 ) Kohfukuji History Kohfukuji or simply Kofukuji was established in 669 by Kagami no Okimi in the hopes that it would please Buddha, which in turn, would help her husband Fujiwara no Kamatari recover from his illness.  The first temple was built in Yamashina, Yamashiro Province which is in present-day Kyoto. Then in 672, the temple was dismantled and moved to  Fujiwara-kyo as it was the first planned Japanese Capital. However, the temple was dismantled again and moved to its present location in 710. Nara Park Revisited 2019 - Nara

The last time we visited Nara Park  ( 奈良公園 ) was on the 16th day of our 2014-2015 Japan trip . That was also our first time to see this world-famous park with our own eyes. Nara Park  ( 奈良公園 ) For those who are not familiar with Nara Park , it is home to hundreds of free-roaming Sika deer .
