Tagaytay City Day Tour Itinerary

Planning to visit Tagaytay City soon? I have come up with a series of budget day tour itineraries that is aimed to maximize your visit to a specific place in the Philippines without having to break your bank. For today's itinerary, I'm featuring a Tagaytay by car itinerary. 

Tagaytay City Day Tour Itinerary

Disclaimer:

1. Transportation from your accommodation going to Tagaytay City is not included in this itinerary.
2. The accommodation budget is also not included.
3. The itineraries start at 8AM as most destinations open at 9AM.
4.  The exploration time in a place is pegged at an hour per destination. However, you may opt to cut it shorter or stay longer. 
5.  It is also assumed that you are traveling light.

Tagaytay City By Car Course

Arrival at Tagaytay City.

 

8:15AM

 

Drive to Starbucks at Tagaytay-Calamba Road.

Purchase coffee and something to eat for breakfast.

 

8:30 – 10AM

 

Breakfast at Starbucks.

 

10:00AM

 

Drive to Museo Orlina

Travel Time: 5 minutes

 

10:05-11AM

 

Explore Museo Orlina

Enjoy the view and admire the amazing glass sculptures here.

Entrance fee: 130 pesos pax

Drive to Tierra de Maria

Travel Time: 5 minutes

 

11:05 – 11:30AM

 

Explore Tierra de Maria

This is the place to visit if you want to spend a few minutes praying.

Entrance Fee: FREE

Travel Time: 1-2 minutes

Explore Tagaytay Picnic Grove and try out its amenities

Entrance Fee: P50 per person

Parking: 35 pesos - cars / 50 pesos - van

 

LUNCH at Tagaytay Picnic Grove. It’s highly suggested that you bring our own food. If you didn’t there are several food stalls in the vicinity.

Table/Cottage rental fee: P100 – 500 depending on size.

Travel Time: 15 minutes

Located in Barangay San Pedro in Sto. Tomas in the province of Batangas, the National Shrine of St. Padre Pio is a pilgrimage site dedicated and inspired by Saint Padre Pio. Our adventure today takes us 457 kilometers northwest of kilometer 0 in Manila. Located in the municipality of Sta. Ana in the province of Cagayan, Palaui Island is every backpacker's / island hopper's dream destination.
