Weekend 24: April 16-17, 2022 Day 166: April 16, 2022 Saturday - Reuniting with my Family in Sapporo Finally! After 6 months away from each other, I will finally be reunited with my family. I will pick them up at New Chitose Airport today. We would also spend the weekend in Sapporo City before going back home to Rumoi City. Boarding the Engan Bus bound for Sapporo I left Rumoi City via the 8:30AM Engan Bus from the Motokawacho bus stop going to the Sapporo Station bus terminal in Sapporo City. Arrived at Sapporo JR Station Since my wife and daughter would arrive at around 5PM and I still have about more than 5 hours to wait for them.  Sapporo Manhole Cover I took the opportunity to explore Sapporo Station and some nearby tourist spots like the following: Hokkaido Government Office / Akarenga Sapporo Clock Tower Odori Park and Sapporo TV Tower Tanuki Koji Shopping Street Sapporo Ramen Alley I ordered the famed Sapporo Spicy Miso Ramen It was already lunchtime when I reached  Sapporo

Week 24: April 11 - 15, 2022 -  KC EDITION Day 161: April 11, 2022 Monday - Flight to Osaka Ella saying goodbye to Lola, Tita Aya, and Tito Pat After saying goodbye to our family in Cavite, my father-in-law, together with my brother-in-law and sister-in-law drove me and Ella to Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) for our 2:55PM flight to Kansai International Airport (KIX) .   Just arrived at Ninoy Aquino International Airport Done checking in our baggage The plane is finally here! See you soon Japan ! Upon completing all the required procedures, we boarded Cebu Pacific flight 5J828 and arrived at KIX at around 8PM. Upon arrival, we underwent very strict COVID-19 screening and immigration checks. Bye for now Manila. Hello, Kansai! COVID Screening... the scary part.
