4. The itineraries start at 8:30AM as most destinations open at 9AM. 

5. The exploration time in a place is pegged at an hour per destination. However, you may opt to cut it shorter or stay longer.

Rakuchu Area Bus Tour Course

8:30-8:35AM	Arrival at Kyoto Station. Exit at the Karasuma Side of the station. For those who are unfamiliar with Kyoto Station, this side is the one facing the Kyoto Tower.  Head to the bus terminal and avail of the Kyoto City Bus One-Day Pass at the automatic ticket dispensing machine. 8:35 AM	Walk for three minutes to Shimogyoku Sogo Chosha mae bus stop.  Ride either bus #6/33/206/208 to Nanajo Omiya Kyoto Suizokukan mae bus stop.  Travel time from Kyoto Station to Nanajo Omiya Kyoto Suizokukan mae bus stop is 6-10 minutes From there walk for about 2 minutes to Nishi Honganji.

10 AM	Walk to Nanajo Horikawa bus stop. From there ride bus #9 to Horikawa Oike bus stop. Travel time: 15-20 minutes From there walk to Nijo Castle. Travel time from Horikawa Oike bus stop to Nijo Castle is 2-3 minutes.

12:30 PM	Walk to Karasuma Imadegawa bus stop. From there, either ride bus #102/203 to Demachi Yanagi Eki mae bus stop. Travel time: 8-10 minutes  From there walk to Kawaii Shrine Travel time: 8-10 minutes
